Welcome to the NetBest On-Line payment process. To better serve you and provide for your protection in the payment process, we have deployed a two level secure process.
How it works: 
- Choose your desired method of payment below (Bank Card, Check Payment Form or On-Line Virtual Check).
- You will be routed to the payment processing input form via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- Complete and submit the payment form including all information with a VALID Email address.
- You will receive a payment process message and, when the transaction is accepted, a confirmation Email. We suggest that you keep the Email information for your records.
NOTES:
When submitting an On-Line Virtual Check, please note that these transactions take three to seven days to process. You should consider this interval relative to your payment dates to avoid Late Fees as well as your expected service activation time periods.
Should your check be Returned, a $15.00 handling fee will be charged.
